We invest significant effort to ensure the quality of the products we sell, so you receive the best possible items. Should you need to return an item, we accept returns and you have the right to request one within 30 days of receiving your order. While we hope everyone loves what we do, we fully understand that things don't always go smoothly. Please contact our customer service at: info@calmenso.com. Provide your order number and the product you wish to return, and we'll handle the rest. For international orders, cross-border return shipping costs and fees vary depending on the return shipping charges.
Once our warehouse confirms delivery of the returned product, we will process your refund. Product returns are entirely subject to the product's warranty terms. We do not accept random returns unless the product has a quality issue we cannot resolve. If you return an item without authorization, we reserve the right to withhold any refund. Please note we may charge a restocking fee based on the shipping label cost for your specific item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return your item to the manufacturer. Please note that under our return policy, all refunds apply only to the product itself and do not include shipping costs.
Items not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Charity beneficiary items
  • Items marked as final sale or exclusive sale
  • Divination consultation services

If you need to report a quality issue, please email info@calmenso.com and we will provide a solution. If we determine the issue requires inspection by our technical team, we will notify you to return the item and provide a replacement. You may email us, and we will provide a return address for our warehouse based on your location.
Cash-on-delivery products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once signed for. Personalized custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.
